FrankenBike #28 – Houston Bike Company – Westhimer at Taft

La Casa Del Caballo
Every Friday for a dozen years or more, Carlos would fire up a large barbecue in his spacious backyard in Saltillo, Mexico, and start cooking steaks.
Soon, that yard was full of neighbors, friends, family …
La Casa Del Caballo … a fine Mexican steak house with a passion for fire-seared beef and a love for traditional dishes from the heart of northern Mexico.
Our thanks to the owner and management for the use of their parking lot for this month’s FrankenBike.

We will be setup in the parking lot across from Houston Bike Company
